Hotel a West Youngstown

“Staff was always cleaning around hence the hotel being very clean. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast can be improved and one main suggestion, is to move the smoking area away from entrances, especially the main one. It stank up the place and it was not a good look. Smokers should be moved to the side.”

“Friendly staff”

“Hotel is our go-to when traveling in the area. The only complain we have is the front door in Room 208 (our preferred room) is hard to open and makes that loud noise when closing, Maintenance should look into this, and we hope it will be fixed the next time we visit.”

“I stay at this location frequently on business travel. A great place to stay for the price. Not upscale or new but clean rooms and great staff. ”

“We were very impressed that the property is currently undergoing renovation. The third floor we stayed on was completely remodeled. A minor criticism concerned the shower pressure. Although the shower head appeared to be brand new, it did not deliver a stronger water pressure. Also, the toilet tissue seemed to fall apart when wet. Other than that, no suggestions for improvement. ”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive and professional. We used the pool area and gym and they were both very nice. The hotel even had a nice garden and miniature golf. They had free popcorn, ice cream and cookies in the evening which was a hit with the kids and very thoughtful of them. Breakfast was excellent. ”
